Yangling Modern Agriculture International Cooperation Co., Ltd. was established in December 2017 with a registered capital of 1 billion yuan. It is a state-owned enterprise directly under the Management Committee of Yangling Demonstration Zone to promote international agriculture-related investment, trade, technology and cultural exchanges. The company mainly focuses on the development and construction of the “Belt and Road Initiative” Modern Agricultural International Cooperation Center, the SCO Demonstration Base for Agricultural Technology Exchange and Training, and the Yangling Area of China (Shaanxi) Pilot Free Trade Zone. The main business includes construction and operation of Shaanxi (Yangling) Comprehensive Bonded Zone, construction of Yangling overseas park system, international agricultural investment, international trade of agricultural products and food, international agricultural technology exchange and training, etc. Relying on the Yangling Area of China (Shaanxi) Pilot Free Trade Zone and the SCO Demonstration Base for Agricultural Technology Exchange and Training, the company has built a high-quality import and export agricultural product and food circulation system, an international food processing industry system, and a cross-border order agricultural service platform, etc., and is committed to deepening the “Belt and Road Initiative” agricultural economic and trade exchanges between countries along the Belt and Road and SCO countries.
