The park is based on the “cross-border contract farming cooperation” model, mainly growing oilseed crops such as oilseed sunflower and soybeans, focusing on the promotion of cross-border contract trade that integrates oilseed crop cultivation, processing and repatriation, and exploring the establishment of a Central Asian oilseed crop distribution base with Uzbekistan as the core.
