Developing the SCO (Yangling) overseas agricultural park system to serve national food security.
In 2022, with the focus on the SCO countries and supplemented by the countries along the “Belt and Road Initiative” such as Central and Eastern Europe and Africa, this system will cover the SCO countries and 7 countries along the “Belt and Road” initiative, and more than 12 SCO (Yangling) overseas agricultural demonstrations. The Yangling (SCO) overseas agricultural park system is basically established. In another 3 years, we will strive to have an area of more than 200,000 hectares of overseas agricultural land and more than 600,000 hectares of radiation impact.

China and Uzbekistan Baade Agricultural Industrial Park
The park mainly replicates and promotes the successful trial planting of grain and oil species in the China-Uzbekistan Agricultural Science and Technology Demonstration Park, explores the commercial promotion model of new species, and applies for germplasm certification of new species in Uzbekistan, so as to develop Central Asian markets such as Uzbekistan on this basis.
China-Ukraine Kata Kurgan Agricultural Industrial Park
The park is based on the “cross-border contract farming cooperation” model, mainly growing oilseed crops such as oilseed sunflower and soybeans, focusing on the promotion of cross-border contract trade that integrates oilseed crop cultivation, processing and repatriation, and exploring the establishment of a Central Asian oilseed crop distribution base with Uzbekistan as the core.
Tajikistan Golden Valley Agricultural Park
The park has built large-scale sprinkler irrigation facilities of 3333.34 hectares. Based on the “Cotton Industry Capacity Cooperation” model, it mainly develops the entire cotton industry chain integrating cotton planting, processing and sales, and it tries to plant corn and rice as the core food crops, building a lint processing plant with an annual output of 25,000 tons and the rice processing plant with an annual output of 20,000 tons. It now, with 470 sets of modern large-scale farming operation machinery, focuses on promoting large-scale sprinkler irrigation equipment and farming operation machinery, and organizing water-saving agricultural technology training.
