This initiative aims to meet the public's demand for summer vacations, enrich the supply of rural tourism products, support enterprises, benefit the people, stimulate consumption, and revitalize rural areas. The official website has featured a special section dedicated to showcasing these routes through text, images, and videos. Furthermore, a comprehensive promotional campaign is being conducted in collaboration with various media channels and market platforms.

This promotion of the routes is centered on benefiting the people and driving tourism. The routes offer diverse and enriched products to better cater to the distinctive and multi-level tourism demands of the general public. Additionally, there is a focus on the comprehensive driving effect of rural tourism, which stimulates sales of surrounding homestays, scenic spots, specialty agricultural products, and cultural and creative products, thereby providing better services for rural economic and social development. The thematic planning of the routes specifically targets the summer vacation demand and accommodates the characteristics of young people. A series of premium routes suitable for teenagers have been launched, including those that showcase local customs and culture, revolutionary heritage, archaeological sites, natural science education, agricultural civilization, historical and cultural experiences, and intangible cultural heritage. The aim is to transform rural tourism into a new way of life, learning, and growth for young people, making "spending summer vacation in rural areas and gaining knowledge of rural life" a new trend for the summer. Through the promotion of these routes, young people are guided to get closer to rural areas, develop an affection for rural life, and actively contribute to rural development.

During their delightful exploration of rural areas, young people can not only listen to inspiring stories of the revolutionary history and carry forward the revolutionary spirit, thereby enhancing their patriotism and love for the country but also appreciate the magnificent beauty of our countryside, experience the long-standing agricultural civilization, and witness the remarkable achievements of rural revitalization in the new era. They can also engage in hands-on activities, such as labor and production practices, to promote their comprehensive development.
The special feature of the "Rural areas are living museums" premium route is presented through a combination of textual descriptions, images, and videos. The route descriptions not only include basic information about the itinerary, key rural tourism sites, and the best visiting seasons but also provide recommendations for unique homestays, local cuisine, agricultural products, creative products, as well as information on self-driving and public transportation options. Additionally, various online and offline media platforms such as People's Daily New Media, Xuexi Qiangguo, China Tourism News, Cultural and Tourism China, and China National Tourism Magazine are integrated. Market platforms including map software, short video platforms, and OTA are also utilized to showcase and promote the routes in a multi-dimensional and interactive manner, satisfying the comprehensive needs of visitors in terms of "eating, accommodation, transportation, sightseeing, shopping, and entertainment." This approach also drives sales of surrounding rural tourism products, agricultural products, and cultural creative products.
