3、Procurement content and requirements

This project will procure one recruitment service unit from the exhibition area of member countries of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization(SCO)National Agricultural Exhibition,mainly engaged in recruitment of SCO member countries(including Uzbekistan,Russia,Kazakhstan,Kyrgyzstan,Tajikistan,Pakistan,India).The recruitment service unit will comply with the overall requirements of the Organizing Committee of the 29th Agricultural High Committee for SCO(member countries)National Agricultural Exhibition,Inviting no less than 50 units from SCO member countries to participate in the exhibition,the exhibition scope can involve government units with strong organizational and appeal capabilities such as the embassies and the Ministry of Agriculture of SCO member countries in China,as well as associations such as chambers of commerce and enterprise associations,which have certain representativeness and can comprehensively showcase new varieties,technologies,achievements,models,and applications in modern agriculture and food production of SCO member countries Enterprise representatives and agricultural platforms with certain development achievements in fields such as trade and investment.

4、Respond to supplier qualification requirements

（1）Comply with the relevant provisions of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China;

（2）Enterprise Legal Person Business License(within the validity period);

（3）The original power of attorney of the legal representative and a copy of the agent's ID card;

（4）A written statement(stamped with official seal)stating that the supplier has no significant illegal records in its business activities in the past three years.
