This project procures one recruitment service unit from the observer countries and dialogue partner countries of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization National Agricultural Exhibition exhibition area,mainly conducting recruitment for observer countries and dialogue partner countries of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.The recruitment service unit invites no less than 20 units from observer countries and dialogue partner countries of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization National Agricultural Exhibition to participate in the exhibition in accordance with the overall requirements of the Organizing Committee of the 29th Agricultural High Commission of the Communist Party of China,The exhibition scope can involve government units with strong organizational and appeal capabilities such as embassies in China and the Ministry of Agriculture of SCO observer countries and dialogue partner countries,as well as associations such as chambers of commerce and enterprise associations.It has a certain representativeness and can comprehensively showcase new varieties,technologies,achievements,models,and applications in modern agriculture and food production of SCO observer countries and dialogue partner countries Enterprise representatives and agricultural platforms with certain development achievements in fields such as trade and investment.

4、Respond to supplier qualification requirements

（1）Comply with the relevant provisions of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China;

（2）Enterprise Legal Person Business License(within the validity period);

（3）The original power of attorney of the legal representative and a copy of the agent's ID card;

（4）A written statement(stamped with official seal)stating that the supplier has no significant illegal records in its business activities in the past three years.
