Relying on the Germplasm Resources Protection Research Center, the project will build a bonded R&D business incubator for seeds and seedlings with bonded R&D and other favorable policies. It mainly carries out core businesses such as cross-border bonded research and development of seeds and seedlings, cross-border circulation, and virus-free tissue culture. At the same time, it relies on the seed industry giants such as Syngenta, gathers seed industry enterprises, introduces high-level talents at home and abroad, advanced breeding technology, breeding materials and key equipment, cultivating a batch of new varieties with independent intellectual property rights and creating China’s agricultural seed valley.
