Foreign Exchange Management Policy

Enterprises can register current account foreign exchange accounts and capital account special foreign exchange accounts, and the current account foreign exchange account limit needs to be approved.

Inspection and Quarantine Policy

The items subject to inspection that are re-exported through the Comprehensive Bonded Zone are stored in the zone for a short time, and the original packaging is re-exported and the packaging is in good sealing condition, without damage or leakage, and only the outer packaging is subject to quarantine when entering China.

Customs Supervision Policy

The customs implement a filing system for the import and export of goods between the Comprehensive Bonded Zone and overseas.

Bonded Logistics Warehousing and Import and Export Trade Policy

There are no restrictions on the variety and storage time of goods stored in the Comprehensive Bonded Zone, and the goods stored in the Baoyuan warehouse can be distributed directly or after single processing according to the instructions of the real right unit without changing the property rights; value-added tax and consumption tax are not levied in the zone, other domestic special supervision zones or overseas. Enterprises outside the zone can import a variety of commodities into the zone to obtain tax rebates, and follow customer instructions to collect and transport them for export.

Bonded Processing Policy

Tax refund: Goods entering the comprehensive bonded zone from outside the zone are regarded as exported, and export tax refunds can be processed; enterprises in the zone use water, electricity, and gas to implement tax refund policies.

Bonded R&D Policy

Bonded: Bonded R&D experimental equipment and various R&D experimental consumables. Exemption: Seeds, seedlings, and samples of Chinese herbal medicines used for research and development are exempted from handling relevant approval documents and issuing certificates of origin, etc.
