The customs implement a filing system for the import and export of goods between the Comprehensive Bonded Zone and overseas.
Enterprises in the Comprehensive Bonded Zone can apply to the customs for centralized declaration procedures.
With the approval of the customs, enterprises in the Comprehensive Bonded Zone can entrust enterprises outside the zone to process their imported documents and semi-finished products and return them to the Comprehensive Bonded Zone after processing. Enterprises outside the Comprehensive Bonded Zone can also entrust enterprises in the Comprehensive Bonded Zone to process, and return to outside the Comprehensive Bonded Zone after processing.
The customs shall implement bonded supervision on the goods to and from the Comprehensive Bonded Zone and other special customs supervision areas or bonded zone supervision places.
There is no storage period for goods in the Comprehensive Bonded Zone.
