Germplasm Resources Bonded R&D Park

elying on the Germplasm Resources Protection Research Center, the project will build a bonded R&D business incubator for seeds and seedlings with bonded R&D and other favorable policies.

High-end Food Processing Industrial Park

Based on the international advanced standards, technologies, and management systems, we improve the infrastructure to attract large domestic enterprises, large investors, scientific research units, and colleges and universities to the park. Aiming at the R&D and production of healthcare products, functional foods, and high-end foods, a group of agricultural product processing enterprises with core competitiveness will be built.

Biomedicine and Plant Extraction Industrial Park

It will build a research and development center for medical devices, traditional Chinese medicine preparations, and TCM decoction pieces. by using the domestic and international raw materials of Chinese medicinal materials, and relying on the cluster advantages of biomedicine in Yangling and plant extract industries to develop medical device research and development, plant extraction, and production of traditional Chinese medicine preparations and industries including Chinese prescription research and development and manufacturing and biological health care products processing.

Cross-border E-commerce Industrial Park

It will build cross-border intelligent e-commerce sorting warehouses, cross-border e-commerce sub-packaging and processing workshops, cross-border e-commerce bonded warehouses, cross-border e-commerce display and trading centers, cross-border e-commerce online trading platforms, etc.

Facilities Agricultural Equipment and Agricultural Production Materials Display and Trading Center

This project will rely on policy support such as Yangling Comprehensive Bonded Zone exhibition and convenient logistics customs clearance, and core business of global agricultural livestock breeding, biological pesticides and fertilizers, agricultural machinery and equipment, food processing and production equipment financing leasing. At the same time, it will build an “online + offline” exhibition and trading center, financial service center, product information release center, and brand marketing center to create the only bonded trading exhibition center with distinctive agricultural characteristics in China.

SCO National Characteristic Agricultural Product Trade Platform

The SCO National Characteristic Agricultural Product Trade Platform will focus on promoting the construction of SCO agricultural bases, building SCO national bonded warehouses, and exploring the cross-border e-commerce model to promote cooperation with SCO countries in terms of agricultural products, agricultural production materials and animal husbandry inputs, to build a comprehensive service platform integrating offline exhibitions and online service transactions.

Food and Agricultural Product Inspection and Quarantine Platform

The food and agricultural product inspection and quarantine platform will jointly build the Northwest Branch of the Academy of Inspection and Quarantine with the Chinese Academy of Inspection and Quarantine, make full use of Yangling’s superior resources, and strengthen mutual recognition of standards, inspection and quarantine, agricultural product certification, and intellectual property services with countries along the “Belt and Road Initiative” cooperation in other aspects, to build a biological safety island in the Comprehensive Bonded Zone, effectively promote the import and export facilitation of international germplasm resources, agricultural production materials, animal husbandry inputs and so on.

Special Item Entry-exit Supply Chain Platform

The special item entry-exit supply chain platform will seek support from relevant national ministries and commissions, and under the premise of controllable risks and traceable sources, explore the development of special item import, warehousing, logistics and management business, and create a “one-stop” special item and biological materials import and export public service platform, in order to form a new high-quality development model of “platform innovation+system innovation +industrial agglomeration”.
