The food and agricultural product inspection and quarantine platform will jointly build the Northwest Branch of the Academy of Inspection and Quarantine with the Chinese Academy of Inspection and Quarantine, make full use of Yangling’s superior resources, and strengthen mutual recognition of standards, inspection and quarantine, agricultural product certification, and intellectual property services with countries along the “Belt and Road Initiative” cooperation in other aspects, to build a biological safety island in the Comprehensive Bonded Zone, effectively promote the import and export facilitation of international germplasm resources, agricultural production materials, animal husbandry inputs and so on.
