Warehousing and logistics goods entering the Bonded Zone from abroad by enterprises in the Bonded Zone
Warehousing and logistics goods, office supplies used for themselves, export raw materials and parts needed for processing in which enterprises in the Comprehensive Bonded Zone imports from abroad can be exempt from compulsory product certification.
The items subject to inspection that are re-exported through the Comprehensive Bonded Zone are stored in the zone for a short time, and the original packaging is re-exported and the packaging is in good sealing condition, without damage or leakage, and only the outer packaging is subject to quarantine when entering China.
Goods that enter the zone and then come back out of the zone to enter the domestic market are exempted from quarantine within the validity period of inspection and quarantine.
When re-exported items subject to inspection go out of China, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations and the government of the importing country or region requires the issuance of a quarantine certificate or quarantine treatment certificate issued by the inspection and quarantine agency of China when entering China, inspection and quarantine treatment are generally no longer implemented.
The sale and transfer of import and export inspection items between enterprises in the Comprehensive Bonded Zone are exempted from inspection and quarantine.
